What to include in your first message
- Colorway you want (e.g. "Cave Stone", "Iced Carmine", "Bred 2026 spec")
- US size (or EU/UK — we'll convert)
- Country you're shipping to
- Batch tier preference if you have one (PK / OG mid / regular)
- Quantity if it's a bulk / wholesale order
Response times

What we can't help with
- Nike Inc. customer service — we're not Nike; we don't have their catalog data or their retail terms
- StockX order issues — separate platform, we have no visibility

WhatsApp response time by region and time zone
Our team is in Putian (GMT+8). Response times depend on when you message relative to our working hours:

If you message outside our active hours, we'll reply first thing when we're online. Don't expect a 24/7 response — we're a small team, not a call center. But every message gets a reply within 12 hours max.
When WhatsApp is the right channel — and when it isn't
WhatsApp is our primary and preferred channel for almost everything:
- New orders (send colorway + size, get quote + QC photos back)
- Order status ("where's my package?")
- Batch questions ("does the current Cave Stone batch match the 2025 SNKRS reference?")
- Sizing help ("I'm US 10.5 in Nike retail, what size AJ4 rep?")
- Post-delivery issues (defect claims, tracking help, refund requests)
- Custom sourcing ("can you source [colorway not in your catalog]?")
When WhatsApp isn't the right channel:
- Website bugs or content errors — we don't have a support ticket system beyond WhatsApp, but if you spot a broken link or wrong style code, WhatsApp works fine, we appreciate the report.
- Bulk B2B inquiries (25+ pair orders) — WhatsApp works but we may take longer to reply since we need to consult inventory and shipping consolidation math. Give us 24 hours for B2B quotes.
- Legal or dispute matters — for anything requiring formal documentation, request an email exchange via WhatsApp first. We'll send legal correspondence from our team email.
What NOT to expect on WhatsApp
Being upfront about limitations:
- Instant delivery updates. Once your package leaves us, DHL owns the tracking. We can look up the same info you can — we don't have a magic backend view. If DHL says "in transit" for 4 days, that's what we see too.
- Guarantees we can't keep. If you want same-day shipping, we'll be honest — QC takes 24-48 hours after payment confirmation. If DHL customs is delayed, that's out of our control. We tell you the real timeline, not the timeline that closes the sale.
- Discount negotiation on single pairs. Our $150 G5 price is fixed on single pairs. Volume discounts kick in at 3+ pairs (free shipping worldwide), 10+ pairs (5% off), 25+ pairs (12% off). Below 3 pairs, we don't negotiate.
- Non-AJ4 sourcing. We focus on AJ4 only. For AJ1, Yeezys, Dunks, ask other sellers — we can recommend a few if it helps.
How to write a message that gets fast, useful replies
The best messages we get include:
- The colorway you want, spelled out ("Cave Stone" not "the brown one from last year")
- Your US size (or UK size, we convert)
- Your country / region (helps us quote correct shipping)
- Any tier preference ("G5 default", "budget under $80", etc.)
Example of a message that gets a quote in 30 minutes:
Hi — I'd like AJ4 Cave Stone in US 10, shipping to Miami FL, G5 tier. Any batch photos available?
Compare to a message that takes 3-4 back-and-forths to resolve:

Not a criticism — just faster with the specifics.
